- How do I book a demo?
- Fill in the form on this page with your store name, country and roughly how many items you carry. We reply within one business day with times, and run the demo on a video call with your own items.
- What happens on the demo?
- We load 20–50 rows of your item file, show them at the till with units and bin locations, set up a contractor account and turn a quotation into a sale. It takes about 30 minutes.
- Can I message you on WhatsApp?
- Yes. WhatsApp is the main channel for the UAE and Pakistan. The numbers are published here as soon as each market's line opens; until then use the form and choose WhatsApp as your preferred reply.
- Do you have an office I can visit?
- Not yet. The business is online-only for now, and demos run on video calls. When offices open in a market, the address will be listed here.
- How fast do you reply?
- Within 1 business day. Messages after hours are answered the next business day.
- I already have an account and need help.

- Do you sell or install hardware?
- No. You buy printers, scanners and drawers from your usual supplier; the hardware guide lists what works.
- Is my information shared with anyone?
- No. It goes to our CRM so we can reply, and is never sold. See the privacy policy.
