Refund and cancellation policy
No contracts and no cancellation fees. Here is exactly what happens when you cancel.
01 Monthly plans
Cancel any time in your account or by contacting us. Service continues to the end of the paid month; there is no partial-month refund.
02 Yearly plans
Cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment for a full refund. After that, we refund the unused whole months minus the 2-month yearly discount.
03 Managed website
The setup fee covers design work and is refundable only if we have not started the build. Monthly website care ends at the end of the paid month.
04 Bundle
The bundle cancels like a monthly or yearly plan. The waived website setup fee is not charged on cancellation.
05 Your data
Export your data before the account closes; we keep it for 90 days after cancellation in case you return, then delete it.
06 Consumer rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
