Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the Hardware Store POS subscription service.

01 Agreement

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms with SmartPOS Hub (trading as Hardware Store POS). If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

02 The service

A hosted point-of-sale and inventory service with the features described on this site for your plan. Features marked as add-ons, integrations or "ask on a demo" are not part of the plan unless agreed in writing.

03 Free trial

A free trial of the length shown on the pricing page. No card is needed to start. At the end, choose a plan or the account pauses.

04 Plans and billing

Prices are on the pricing page for your market, billed monthly or yearly in advance. UAE prices include VAT; US prices exclude sales tax; Pakistan prices exclude applicable sales tax. We give 30 days' notice of price changes.

05 Card payments

We do not process your customers' card payments. You contract with your own processor or bank; the POS records payments.

06 Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, no attempts to break security, no reselling access without a partner agreement, and no storing card numbers in free-text fields.

07 Your data

You own your business data. You can export it at any time. We process your customers' personal data only on your instructions to provide the service.

08 Availability and support

We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance. Support is by email, WhatsApp and forms in business hours.

09 Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses. You remain responsible for your tax filings.

10 Cancellation

Cancel any time; monthly plans end at the end of the paid month. See the refund and cancellation policy.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity named on your invoice; mandatory consumer and data protection rules of your country still apply.
