Data requests: access, correction and deletion

Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We reply within 30 days.

01 What you can ask for

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion, unless we must keep it for tax or legal reasons.
  • That we stop using it for a purpose you object to.

03 Verification

We confirm your identity by replying to the email or phone number we hold before releasing or deleting data.

04 If you are a store's customer

If a store using our POS holds your data, contact the store first; they control it. We help them answer.

05 Timing

We acknowledge within one business day and complete within 30 days.
