Accessibility statement
We want every store owner and staff member to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
01 Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
02 What we do
- Keyboard access to every menu, panel, tab and form, with visible focus.
- A display & access panel: text size, higher contrast, stop motion, link highlighting, light/dark and colour choice.
- Reduced-motion support and a static alternative for animated sections.
- Contrast checked for every theme and colour option.
- Right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu pages.
- Every overlay has a visible close button of at least 44×44 px.
03 Known limitations
The interactive 3D assembly and the parts tray are decorative; their content is also available as text. Some demo widgets are simplified simulations.
04 Report a problem
Use the contact form with "Accessibility" in the message. We reply within one business day and aim to fix issues within 30 days.
05 How we tested
Automated checks, keyboard-only passes and screen-size checks from 320 px to 1920 px. This statement was prepared on the date above.
