Create a quotation and convert it to a sale

Price a materials list, send it as a PDF and convert it when the customer accepts.

    Start a sale

    Open the POS or Add sale screen.

    Pick the customer

    Their price group applies to every line.

  3. 3

    Add lines with units

    Scan or search; pick box, piece or length per line.

  4. 4

    Save as quotation

    Choose Quotation instead of finalising.

  5. 5

    Send the PDF

    Print or download and send by email or WhatsApp.

  6. 6

    Convert

    When accepted, open the quotation, edit if needed, and finalise as a sale.

Quotations do not move stock. See quotes to invoices for contractors.
